Longer answer: Our products are intended to be used by adults only, who place the pouch under their top lip where the nicotine is then gradually absorbed. Chewing or sucking nicotine pouches will just inhibit their performance and may make you feel unwell.

The effects of nicotine pouches can last for up to an hour before we recommend removing/replacing them. However, most of our customers seem to report enjoying them for anywhere between 10 to 45 minutes depending on their level of experience, pouch strength and flavour selection.

We offer shipping within 24-48 hours, with all our orders coming out of our warehouse in Milton Keynes and the possibility to choose your shipping method in the checkout stage.

Nicotine pouches and other nicotine products sold on Northerner are intended for adults. That's why we rely on strict 18+ age verification measures when you place an order, as well as the extra requirement of being physically present to show your ID when you receive your order.

Should our delivery partner discover that the recipient of any Northerner goods is a minor, they can not legally distribute the package and it will be returned to us. In this instance, we will unfortunately have to charge you £25 to cover the extra shipping costs.

This is unfortunate but, of course, can happen from time to time.

In the event of receiving damaged goods, please take a photo of them and contact our customer service team straight away. They are trained to help in all sorts of situations and will make sure that you are properly compensated.

Remember to take a photo of the product and keep the packaging in tact just in case it needs to be sent back to the manufacturer.
