All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Milton Keynes, with standard delivery typically taking 1–3 days.

To speed up the handling of your order, you can opt for Priority Packing at checkout. This ensures your order is prioritized in our processing queue for the fastest possible dispatch. Please note that while this expedites handling, it does not affect the delivery speed once the order has been shipped.

Mailbox delivery

Royal Mail delivers your parcel to your mailbox.

Home delivery

  • DPD Next Day Delivery
    Home delivery Monday-Friday.

  • DPD Two Day Delivery
    Home delivery Monday-Friday. Note: Delivery to remote areas may take 2–5 days.

  • DPD Saturday Delivery
    Home delivery only on Saturdays. Orders must be placed by 4pm Friday for Saturday delivery.

  • HIVED Next Day Delivery
    Home delivery Monday-Saturday. Note: Available in central London only

  • HIVED Same Day Delivery
    Home delivery Monday-Friday. Orders must be placed by 1:30 PM for same-day delivery. Note: Available in central London only

Parcel locker pickup

InPost Locker
InPost is a self-service delivery method that allows you to pick up your order from a local automated parcel locker. Many of their lockers are available 24/7, giving you the flexibility to collect your package whenever it suits you 


Parcel tracking

Here you can find the current status and estimated delivery date of your parcel. To track your shipment, please enter your order number (found in your order confirmation) and your zip code. 


Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 4 PM on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will be packed and dispatched the same day for standard delivery. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be packed on the next working day. 

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a notification email with the shipment number so you can track your parcel.

What is Priority Packing?
